Litigation

Litigation requires an aggressive approach to facilitate victory. DiFrancesco, Bateman, Coley, Yospin, Kunzman, Davis & Lehrer, P.C. practices in all state and federal courts in New Jersey. We also represent clients in other jurisdictions. Members of our extensive litigation team are licensed in the state courts of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as the various federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Our team includes Civil Trial Attorneys certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court.

To insure that our clients have comprehensive representation and counsel, our litigation team has extensive experience in a multitude of litigation areas, including personal injury and property damage, commercial, construction, criminal, real estate, mass tort, insurance coverage, municipal, civil rights, environmental, estate and malpractice cases. We are mindful of the fact that the primary concern of our clients is the resolution of disputes in an efficient and cost effective manner. Alternate Dispute Resolution practices, including arbitration and mediation, are employed whenever possible to attempt to achieve the most beneficial result for our clients.
