Today's employer must be aware of the current status of laws such as the Civil Rights Act, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD), the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA), Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
