The broad litigation services of this department include prosecution of foreclosures and other secured and unsecured lending litigation matters, representation of creditors' rights in bankruptcy, as well as the enforcement of lenders' rights. The transactional services of our Banking and Lenders' Rights Department include the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial lending and workout documentation. Our reliable and knowledgeable legal support is critical to our clients in negotiating and closing of both asset based and non-asset based loans. We are experienced in the purchase and sale of loan portfolios, including distressed real estate and other assets, and the acquisition and leasing of bank properties. In conjunction with our specialized Environmental Department, we also advise and represent lenders with respect to the evolving environmental issues associated with their collateral.
