Senate Minority Leader Leonard Lance, of Clinton, addressed more than 100 municipal and county officials at a breakfast hosted by our firm. He spoke about issues regarding the relationship between State Government and municipalities and answered questions concerning Governor Corzine’s proposed budget to the Legislature.
